Is this official? If not when will an official statement be released? It would be great to know moving forward with this semester.

The objective of the rule committee is to use the 2020 rules for the 2021 season, this means the requirement for 4wd will be postponed till 2022. The 2021 rules will only have minor updates based on questions or issues that have been identified over the 2020 year.
