I am currently trying to figure out loading conditions for engine rails. What is the maximum acceptable engine output shaft deflection teams generally use for these calculations?

The engine might have a spec for maximum side-load on the output shaft.
The actual load will depend on what you hook to it.

I'm not really looking for an actual max load on the engine shaft. I want to figure out what the maximum acceptable deflection of the output shaft is in order to translate that into the maximum acceptable deflection for the engine rails that the engine mounts to. I'm more concerned about loading on the engine rails, not the actual output shaft of the engine.
