Going to be very brief here. I'd like to hear feedback on the Illinois 2017 event and the video broadcast.

Please keep in mind. Regarding the video broadcast. Legal difficulties forced me to scrap my entire broadcast schedule and content starting around 4:30pm on Friday May 2nd. Less than one week before I was going live the morning of May 9th. I was unexpectantly forced to move the pre-production gear an additional time and one of my announcers had a family emergency and canceled May 6th. Only a minimum budget was approved April 13th which gave me less than 8 weeks to produce content. I was a one-man production with, truly critical, back-end support from the crew that handles live scoring. BTW, this is not my job. I'm a Data Scientist with an engineering background. So I have career responsibilities.

Remember folks, things won't change without any feedback. Chase and I had a discussion after we finished broadcasting about what we thought should change from our perspective. I know I'd like to see if we talked about the same issues you guys saw.

Don't worry about hurting anyone's feelings. The livestream crew has thick skin.

I think it was great.
That kind of material should be used to promote the Bajasae series, show sponsors and the population in general what we actually do.
It should be done more often.
Nice job and keep it up, with a bit of fine tuning you'll be competing sports channels ;)

I only was able to tune in for bits and pieces but from what I saw, it was really well done.
At times the video feed was a little choppy and would "tear" a bit, but in terms of format, announcing, and content I have no complaints!

Needs a pit walk! Interviewing a few teams would be awesome as well.

We are talking about that for the future. Trying to get a camera into the pits after about 15-20 minutes of endurance. Should make for some great video. If all goes well we should be able to test drive that at Midnight Mayhem

We did at IL 2017! We did not have a roaming camera walking through the pits but we did have a fuel area still camera and live interviewed a few teams.

I'd like to work with some teams to get in car interviews during the race. If I had thought of it at IL I missed an opportunity to try it.
