Is it okay to implement oversteer in baja buggy?And if yes then please help me out in designing oversteer geometry with rack in front of the tire center??

Yes it is okay. In the sense that it is okay to even implement understeer in your buggy.

Hi..needed a help.. If rack is infront of the wheelcentre then how does turning your steering wheel to the right turn your wheel to the right.... I mean when i steer my steering wheel to the right, the rack would travel left and hence make the wheel turn left no?

it can be acheived by extending the steering arm line in the same direction as it was when rack was behind the wheel centerline...do it by making a geometry...
