We are planning to use pulsar brake disc at the rear as inboard. But the rear axle diameter maybe less than the disc hole. What can we do to tackle this problem?

This is your second thread on this topic and it seems like you have not researched enough and are using this forum for others to spoon feed you. 

This is not how it works and I hope in the future you do some work yourself before deciding to post here and ask basic questions. 

The solution to your problem is available almost in every Baja car with an inboard brake, just requires some basic research.
