We are using an aluminium hub and knuckle in the front. The steel spindle is press fit into the knuckle and is sliding fit into the baring. The bearing is sliding fit into the hub.

This is the 2nd or 3rd time we ran the car and encountered quite a few issues. The spindle (hardened steel) machined a groove into the inside face of the hub. Due to this, certain eccentricity creeped in and the axis of the spindle perpendicular to the spindle isnt entirely parallel to the hub face. Due to this, the spindle started acting against the bearings during corenering. the bearings werent press it and so they kinda popped ot. Ths led to achain reaction of events. The sindle threads heared. The whole weight was then resting on to the rotor and that broke tooo. So ... at the end of it, it looked something like this (see attached photo). Any solutions or remedies. We dont have enough time to redesign so some ixes would be helpful. thank ou

i would suggest trying to find a spindle and hub from a production atv that you can retrofit into the knuckle you built
Any problem you will ever encounter in life can be solved; all you need is a big enough hammer
