Did anyone by chance get a picture of  car 48 going end over end on the 2nd lap? I will pot what I have tomorrow but figured 'd get this started. Congrats to everyone who made it out there.

Heres what I got of the endurance race, would have gotten more but broke our intermediate gear after the first hour and had to replace.

I'm looking for a shot of car 75 going end over end at the end of the endurance course (mile marker 1.1 I think).

Does SAE release the professional photo's that were taken during competition?

We got around 2-3 hours of GoPro footage(helmet camera and rear-facing) and about an hour of 1080i HD footage that I shot.  I also have the complete awards ceremony in 1080i HD that I'll post soon.  It just takes time to sort through all this stuff...

Alex has around 1,000 photos to sort through so stay tuned for a lot more.  Here are a few:

See attached.  I'm super stoked to see how close all these events are getting.  I would like to point out that even though Laval won more 1sts than us, we did have the highest single score of the season Cool

I've been looking for 5 more points for about 7 years now, I haven't been able to fine them at the bottom of a scotch bottle yet.  But I keep looking.  Let me know if you fine them.

Several of our guys really liked how that car looked.  Forgive me for calling it the Halloween-mobile all weekend. Big smile

How long did you guys go on that flat tire? It seemed like forever.

Great pictures bsc-baja.

Why do you have TWO bends in your lateral links on your 3-link suspension ? It makes them that much weaker and they seemed to have failed during endurance.

Also, anyone know why RIT runs with positive static camber ?

The two bends were in the lateral links so the heims weren't maxed out.  With having a 50tooth sprocket it pushed the mounting points between the frame and wheel upright too far apart.  We only bent one partly due to that it was only 1020 and the car tipped over at one point in the race.

We ran the flat tire for probably the last 30 min.

All in all I was pleased we made it through the whole seeing that we have no support from our school.....Unhappy

Will do.  Fair warning though, it will be heavily focused on our team since that's most of what I shot.

Tyler,  any chance I can get some of that footage you guys shot?  I saw at least one shot of our car(#96) in there.

~460lbs, which is quite a bit heavier than I'd like, but a weight reduction of 40+ lbs from last year's car.

Here is my helmet cam feed for the first half hour of endurance. Yes, it is long and unedited.

Thanks for the vid, now we know what needs to be harder next time Wink and areas that need to be wider. It is hard to imagine when you are driving the track by yourself, the helmet cam helps.

Hey Tom... why were you driving with only one hand (except for style!!)??

Did any body know what happened to SDSM&T car #2? I was expecting them to come up strong in Illinois but I think they didn't start the endurance?

Nice shootin', Tex!

Anyone got a way we can share all this video?  I'd like to have some of these other GoPro videos everyone has so I can pull out video of us.  FTP?
