WHATS THE BRAKING CALCULATION METHOD FOR REAR.
I WAS USING THE FORMULA:-
TORQUE= BRAKE LINE PRESSURE* CALIPER PISTON AREA*MEAN RADIUS
BUT IN DOUBT HOW TO CALCULATE ENGINE BRAKING TERM?
ANY SUGGESTIONS FOR ENGINE BRAKING CALCULATIONS

THERE IS NO OTHER THREAD IN THESE FORUM ANSWERING ABOUT ENGINE BRAKING.
PLEASE IS THERE ANY NEEED TO CALCULATE ENGINE BRAKING TORQUE FOR REAR BRAKING CALCULATIONS?

The magnitude of retardation force generated by braking system is greater than the engine braking torque, it is just an order of magnitude comparison.

Build a baja, put an accelerometer on it, compare deceleration with and without engine braking. 
From deceleration and mass you can determine force.
And then you'll have spent hours getting data of questionnable use.

Don't count on engine braking and don't force it either, the governor won't appreciate.

How to calculate stopping distance? as using formulae given in book gives a stopping distance of 10m

If this is not correct (as you can just measure it), it is evident that one of the other values in the formula you have used (probably the one you assumed) is not right. Fix it or back calculate it.
