Cutting brakes work effectively only with differentials. Even with the engine in the rear, if you manage to drive your front wheels via a differential, there shouldn't be any difference.

The only solution - give separate brake rotors in the rear, or if you need cutting brakes working in the front then find a way to put the engine at the front.

hello, we are looking forward to implement cutting brakes in our baja atv this year. i have a few doubts to be clarified-
most atvs have inboard braking in the rear so how do we implement cutting brakes ? would cutting brakes in the front be efficient enough ? how to proceed.. |
