If you are looking for an equation through which you can input, shock pressure and displacment and get spring force such that you could enter it into Adams or another multibody dynamics software, good luck getting someone on here to openly give it to you. It took me a couple days to develop such an equation for our team a couple years ago. it is possible to do but will take a lot of time to figure out properly.

What do you mean specifically for this shock? We have always modelled it as a simple spring-damper system.
