Roll Camber is generated from unparallel A arms or unequal length A arms in the front view. Unparallel A arms generate camber change as they go through their motion. You can use this to add camber in turns from the car rolling. You typically want to use camber to keep the tread pattern on the ground when the tire deforms, but it is debatable whether it is useful in offroad conditions with ATV tires that are so rounded.

We used unequal length unparallel A arms. In hindsight, it wasn't worth the added complexity and time to minimize bump steer and manufacture the frame and arms. For the front suspension most of our gains came from Toggle, Spindle Offset, Ackermann and Caster. We played with anti dive and squat too which was also not worth the time. There is enough to keep you busy there without playing with dynamic camber.

Before someone jumps me, this is all strictly for baja talk, on road camber is very important.

That depends entirely on your vehicle design. Nobody can answer that question for you.
