If its a tripod joint then around 22 to 25 degree angle is permissible for smooth running.

Angular misalignment is all about the joints. Nothing to do with the gearbox that you run

That is too broad and car specific a question to even begin to answer. Enough torque so your car can get up the hill but too much and it will take forever to do it. That is a balance that is entirely based off your car and personal choice....and if you have not read the forum rules you should, the people of this forum will not do all the work for you.

Torque depends not only your gearbox but also your final drive and tire dia.
The numbers depend on your weight and a few other things too.
Search text for this. and if you just want numbers that vary from team to team and event to event. And mostly only experience teaches you that.

Torque and stuff like this carried by your half shaft or should i say Drive Shaft depends upon your gearbox crawl ratio and shaft inclined opearting angle. The sprung mass factor of your mounting as in gearbox or overhead engine also plays the part.

My rear suspension is having very less travel 4.5in , It might be due to one contribution of following reasons, please read and help
1. Upper arms of about 9 in , ball joints movement restricted at top and bottom
2. transmission rod restricting total movement
i will soon put some photos for better understanding.
If previously some one had similar problems please do tell about it.
thanks
