Does anyone know if Briggs run rich or lean or if they're tuned right out of the box? They never run perfectly out of the box and reliability is worse than a 90's GM so I'm trying to be proactive about tuning or increasing their reliability.

They run pretty well out of the box
Carburator is not adjustable (without disqualifying yourself)
