So I know you want to run the engine at max horsepower whenever possible. So does that mean the CVT shifting speed should be at max RPM of 3800? I've seen people say 3400~3600 is a good ballpark but why not go for max?

Governor Droop.
at 3800 rpm, the engine produces virtually no power.

So that'd why those graphs have the power maxing out at around 3600 rpm? So we want to be operating at the sweet spot I described more or less?
