What do you mean by accurate? Do you mean at every instant the car is decelerating? Or do you mean the maximum deceleration your car can achieve? And what do you mean by calculate? Do you want formulas? Or the actual deceleration of your car by performing tests? 

Now I think, by going through these above questions repeatedly you should know what you should be looking for. And that is already available if you could just use the SEARCH button.
