I am currently sourcing a power source strong enough to produce 30+Wh for at least 5 hours (as a FOS) of run time to power a light bar/flood light for our cars so the driver has greater visibility during Midnight Mayhem. I have sourced some LiPo batteries that match the required spec for $100+ each and a couple of LeadAcid Batteries. I am unsure whether there is something better out there that I have yet to consider or companies that sell cheap batteries. I have gone through amazon, hobbyking, and most of the other 1st page of google companies but I would like to consider all options. Does anyone have experience trying to find a power source of this size  or have any recommendations on where to look?

You could use a quick connect and swap out your batteries along with your fuel!

In years past, when we made headlights for the car, we also made our own battery pack. Almost all of the components were purchased through http://batteryspace.com, they might be a little pricey on some items, but it truely is one stop DIY battery shopping.
